As a father, husband, and business leader, Steven Bush aligns his core values of family, integrity, and innovation with his professional mission. This alignment is not a coincidence but a deliberate choice that guides his decisions. He believes the future of economics lies in ethical business practices, public accountability, and human-centric governance, fostering open dialogue around the challenges and opportunities of our interconnected world.
As Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Vita Financial, Steven focus on building an enterprise that advocates for our clients and embodies Vita’s belief that those with means have a responsibility to uplift others. Together with our CEO and brother, Arthur, Vita is committed to creating a business that empowers individuals to own their stories. He believes this is achieved through tenacious client advocacy and a shared commitment to fostering an educational environment for clients and advisors alike.
In his role as Principal Planner, Steven engineers and oversees processes that ensure clients receive knowledge-driven financial planning tailored to their needs. By harnessing behavioral finance and a conservative approach to planning, he empowers clients to take intentional action to realize their potential and ideal lifestyle. Vita’s proprietary planning system combines interactive technology and fiduciary stewardship, offering comprehensive strategies that solve complex problems while ensuring transparency and accountability.
In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), Steven advocates for progressive capitalism, where regulated markets and public accountability promote fairness and innovation. He also champions the need for stronger codification of human rights and protections for the underserved, disenfranchised, or unable. He believes that ensuring access to the resources needed to thrive in a complex financial landscape is the responsibility of those who occupy the landscape.
By prioritizing equity and inclusion, we can create a more just, innovative, and sustainable future. If you’d like to discuss progressive capitalism, human-centric financial planning, or the evolving landscape of economics in the 4IR, let’s connect.
